There is a spray that has worked a few times for a white van man I know. He swears by the stuff, I wouldn't want to risk it though.

sticking to the speed limet is the best way im a taxi driver and would be in the shit with out it so i never brake the speed limit

Talking of speed limits Oxford city council have just dropped the speed limit to 20 yes 20 as from today on virtually every road with the exception of a couple of main routes but many main routes are now 20 , who decides this bo llo ox ?? they had an hour on 1 road with a speed gun earlier and out of somthing like 105 cars 90 odd were still doing 30.......so plenty revenue coming to the government soooooooooon
