Race tuning for 100E

I am planning to change Ford Popular 100E 1961 into a circuit racing version.

I need

Conversion 3peed gearbox to 4-5speed.

Conversion front drum brake to disc brake.

Lowdown and reiforce suspensions.

Power up the sidevalve engine.

 

Does anyone know any parts shop/garage who can deal with those?

there was an issue of classic ford a while ago where they told you how to tune a sidevalve
