mk1mitch Posted October 4, 2009 Report Posted October 4, 2009 hello everyone,im webby1's son,yes i admit i have got the car bug from my old man and have just purchessed my first oldskool ford which is a 1973 mk1 escort estate which i have lots of plans for.well just a little about me.im 20 yrs old and am from bedford.im in the army and am currently serving in afghanistan.i will be home in 2 weeks to enjoy my new pride and joy.will be looking forward to meeting up with some of you in the near future at the shows. thanks for takeing the time to read this. mitch hello everyone,just a quick update.after a long 7 month tour of afghanistan the car has been in the garage having a full restoration and is still in the garage now, however will be finished and up and running for 6th june for the classic ford show were i hope to get the old lady on the track.will soon have pics up off the restoration project. cheers mitch.
