surrey_100e Posted October 14, 2009 Report Posted October 14, 2009 insurance that covers them to drive some elses car, on a third party basis? oh and is under 25? cheeeeeeers
FredTransit Posted October 14, 2009 Report Posted October 14, 2009 We have trader's insurance, but I doubt you could get that under 25 (same with our fleet insurance). You might be able to get it, but it would cost.
Stu_B Posted October 14, 2009 Report Posted October 14, 2009 I used to but I think HIC have bumped the age up to 25.
Copey Posted October 14, 2009 Report Posted October 14, 2009 nope i am fully comp but cant drive other peoples cars
azz-bo Posted October 14, 2009 Report Posted October 14, 2009 I was TPTT with quinn direct and they allowed me to do that, but the price was BIG
vibrating_Cake Posted October 14, 2009 Report Posted October 14, 2009 I was TPTT with quinn direct and they allowed me to do that, but the price was BIG same but they do a "third party" only cover.... means you can drive anyone elses car, bar 2 seaters soft tops and a few other strange rules, i had my first car insurance with them, registered on a 1.1 renault 5 and driving someone elses renault 5 GT turbo... ooof!
MetalDave Posted October 14, 2009 Report Posted October 14, 2009 yer im fully comp but i cant drive others... my mates got quinn insurance on a saxo vtr and hes had a jag xk8 and an m3 and stuff that hes registered in other peoples names and driven around in, i reckon it cant be within the rules but hes got pulled up and they let him go so... was too expensive for a quote for my car though...
