Isnt the crank sensor mounting different on the auto's too? I seem to think they are, but that they are just a bolt-in plastic adaptor type affair.

yes the sensor is different. you gonna need a manual one :thumbsup:

yep, the only other difference is the cps housing, bolts on from behind the flywheel, so change it before you fit the flywheel, don't build it up, then try and find out why you have no spark!! let some other idiot make that mistake :oops: and learn from them! :ykt: no spigot bearing in either but it fits in both cranks so they maybe the same!

so if i was to buy a manual engine, i would have to change the sump, spigot bearing, crank sensor and the cps housing. anything else?
