Digital switchover in car tv problems?

Hello, i dont post much on here but i hope you clever people will have an answer to my problem. I have a tv in my daily and once this switchover happens i wont be able to use the tv as its only anologue (not that i use it much but itd be nice if it still worked). Is there any easy way to solve this? or has anyone done anything similar? its a 2001 735i e38 Bmw many thanks in advance

Is it possible to hook it up to a freeview box? The box will convert the signal. You will have to find somewhere to hide the box, but they are getting smaller and cheaper so it shouldn't be too much of a problem...
