I don't know what these individuals have done to warrant this, but some of the orders were made some time ago! http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/infoabout/vexatious_litigant/index.htm#s Just struck me as strange list, which I found when investigating taking a computer repairer to the small claims court.
