Couple of Tech questions Broadband/Sky Plus

Ok firstly, if say someone had a standard Sky install, and was given a Sky plus box, will it plug in and work?? I think a different LMB is needed with 2 cables but i know nothing else???

 

Secondly, when starting from scratch with a new wireless broadband package, do the comnpany generally supply the wireless adaptor for your computer?? (they are supplying a wireless router)

You just need a 2 wire lmb and a Sky + box that will then work

They will supply you a wireless router but thats all, its upto you to sort your compatability out with your computer.

a sky+ box will work with only one input but you can only record what you're watching. that's what it's like in our flats until they get it sorted and a second line installed
