those door mirrors look odd on the cortinas

I suspect that in it's 1965 race spec it would not have had any mirrors as Alan Mann told me one of the things they didn't need back then were mirrors because the main aim was to race and then drive some of the cars home not play bumper cars like they do now !!

 

However at the Goodwood Revival 2008 an Alan Mann Cortina seems to have grown some weird door mirrors (sign of the times I guess !!)
