17 november last year i stopped drinking all together i had a slip on 22nd feb and again on 28th feb but sober again since then

hope the answer is no because since i was 21 im 38 now i drank more a less every day and all my 20s i was always getting arrested for acting like a pillock

 

and its not healthy drinking every day i got a young familly to look after too

i find it's psychological, i never feel the need for a drink, never go down the pub, but associate a drink with the beginning of "my" time, if that makes sence? quite often, i would open a can of guinness, sit down, then an hour would pass and i hadn't drunk a drop. pour it away because it was warm and flat, then go to bed. strange eh?

on the subject of drinking, I drink way too much, dont go daft, but I have a couple of cans everynight. Cant remember the last time I didnt have a drink, think it was when I got took into hospital, which is pretty bad
