thats why i don't listen to local radio very often , only so many times you can listen to an ad for the sunderland bedding centre

I like a variety, Radio 1 upto about 11 o"clock then its Kiss FM for the Kisstory hour, then carry on listening to Kiss till 2, then its Steve Wright on Radio 2

1st choice is radio 1, if its no good after midnight then a quick flick onto kiss and if thats a no go the always safe with radio 2

I got a digital radio for £25 in sainsburys, leave planet rock on that, its ace, but radio 1 and 2 in the van when I am at work
