i cut out bread crisps anc choclate did a 45min bikeride every other day and it fell off about half a stone in 2 /3 weeks and im not fat so thats pretty good i think.. plus im a builder so im (nearly) burning fat/energy all he time.

fookers!! i used to labour for a plaster and there was another labourer who kept pulling sick ones or not turning up with out a explanation so i had to labour for 4 plasterers.... didnt mind to much when i was taking home his wage aswell £110 a day for a 15 year old labourer hope it gets all sorted can imagine doing a scholl can be very stressful!
