Mr Sam Posted May 3, 2010 Report Posted May 3, 2010 check out this ebay ad.....YO RS/V-TECH REV CONTROLLER/LIMITER I BOUGHT THIS FOR MY HONDA CIVIC V-TECH TO ALLOW ME TO CHOOSE WHAT REVS I WANTED THE V-TECH TO KICK IN.
