Job finding

Anyone give me any help or motiviation?

 

Im nearly 19 and ive been jobless for a couple of months now, really getting me down as i want to get my capri back on the road, i managed to run that while at college on only a 19hr a week wage from morrisons, i basically worked to run the capri

 

anyway i got a btec national cert in manufactoring engineering and ive had totally no luck finding a job related.

 

Im pretty much on the verge of giving up and applying in shops! which i didnt want to do.

 

Im signing on at the job centre but really theyre pretty usless and all they do is sign off what ive wrote down saying where im lucking.

 

I dont really find much useful info on the net, theyre usually wanting fully trained or people who have done a apprenticeship

 

does anyone have any sites i can try? ideally classic car restoration apeals but that dream went out of the window a few months ago, so anyone any idea where i can find anything? im really struggling

have you signed on with any agencies. I went through select and got my job and then became permenant which was handy. I know some agencies are crap

what abput offering your services free in your spare time for a bit of experience? you never know it may lead to a permanent post if you impress them enough!!

i know it wont help money wise but it may get you a foot in the door for the future and long term is more important than the here and now

u got a btec national, well done mate i only got a btec first diploma in engineering well done

 

only coz i couldnt b bothered 2 stay at college 4 another 2 years got the btec 1st and went and earned some money!!

 

and i got a nvq level 2 in performimg engineering operations
