Good day today at the Pod, but last year was better. Good effort all round to all the cars that attended, still got to love the 9 second Z car!

good day loved the CF legend's bit thought the auto jumble was a little poor manly because they didnt have the bits i wanted lol

 

also i felt there was a little to much plastic there lol

i am so gutted, went 2 the garage on friday 2 get some petrol all going well got back 2 my house turned my car of so i could unlock my gate went 2 start it up and nothing the car was just turning over tryed 2 have a look 2 see what the problem was but i couldnt find what was wrong with it, had a look on saturday and i think it is a fuel problem as the pump at the back aint running, i am so gutted

I felt the same about the jumble mate. I was all set on getting some twin webbers but didnt see any at all

For what engine ?

 

I have a good set for a 1600/ 1700 x/flow with manifold, linkage air filters (brand new) etc. all ready to fit, came with a engine i bought but want to use a twin choke as my missus will be driving the van it's going in.

 

I have a video of the engine running with them, pm if your interested ?

well i broke my 'Old skool' show-cherry yesterday, and compared to the normal RS shows i attend, ( i have a FRS) the old skool atomosphere was soooooo much better! i find the RS shows are tooo clicky , yesterday was chilled, and twice the size of central day in april! so it got 10 out of 10 for me!

i went to get a dizzy from the jumble they were over priced and the second hand ones i saw were worn some worse than mine

Have to agree with you on that though still a good show , then theres the camping area now thats another story what a sh1t hole ive been to plenty of shows over the years and do about 10 each year and have camped in some bad venues but Santa pod is the worst and never again , the last time i camped there was 20 or so years ago and its gone backwards .....so next year i will be a day visitor again ............
