Admin Mk2Jo Posted July 13, 2010 Admin Report Posted July 13, 2010 Nice work Mr Flord ... be sure to PM Arfur (Classic Ford Ed, Simon Woolley) if you go ahead with this meet/event
flord escort Posted July 13, 2010 Author Report Posted July 13, 2010 spoke to david at http://www.curborough.co.uk this is sounding posable a full course sprint for a maximum of 10 cars is £500 and as many spectators as want to come or the short course for up to 30 cars £600 for the day the only problem is time the earlyest saturday is in november but we can do sooner if we do a day in the week ie friday for me having a days holiday isnt a prob but add your thoughts.
barney9969 Posted July 13, 2010 Report Posted July 13, 2010 What about mallory flord???? as you live next door??
flord escort Posted July 13, 2010 Author Report Posted July 13, 2010 malory not interested unless its a track day at about £150 per car if we can get enough pepole togther donnington would be the cheapest but still alot of money
SebringRS Posted July 13, 2010 Report Posted July 13, 2010 Nice work Mr Flord ... be sure to PM Arfur (Classic Ford Ed, Simon Woolley) if you go ahead with this meet/event Il get that sorted if we can get a date sorted
fridgeman Posted July 13, 2010 Report Posted July 13, 2010 i fancy donnington and weekdays can be done, happy to cough up for that.
SebringRS Posted July 13, 2010 Report Posted July 13, 2010 Just a thought by my dad How about Rockingham?? Might be a bit pricey too though
mart67 Posted July 13, 2010 Report Posted July 13, 2010 what we doing at donington? a carpark sprint course or just 0-60 runs? a proper track would be ideal, curbourghs short course is magic, nice little track with plenty of run off,the rs owners club use it as do aston and porsche clubs, they also have a group B rally car day where there are some real nice and very powerful pieces of equipment getting thrashed!
fridgeman Posted July 13, 2010 Report Posted July 13, 2010 well either or for me,i am a member at curbrough and know it well but its one at a time, would like something a bit differant but happy with either.
SebringRS Posted July 13, 2010 Report Posted July 13, 2010 Is curbrough where they go at the NASC nats at Drayton manor?? If so, from what ive seen in the magazine, seems a good track
