mk14dr Posted July 5, 2010 Report Posted July 5, 2010 This time of year again already I had a mad afternoon getting escRot taxed, convincing it to start and giving it its first drive in a couple of months, before heading down to the park via the pez station and the local IMO. Very little by the way of organisation on my part (story of my life) but I still managed to bump into some familiar faces Great selection of cars as always, this show really is going from strenght to strenght every year.... Nice use for slotties Awesome 304 'vert. And I'm not usually big on french stuff.. This sounded to have led an interesting life. I think it said in the window that it was originally delivered to Lybia and its done the road trip here and back on a few occasions Biege SS1 Now then, some real chod for you all to feast your eyes on. Hirst was loving this... The wheels might be an inch or two too big, but by jove was it clean I can't believe I'm typing this, but, this was gorgeous As was this Cresta that I managed to only take this closeup of This Celica caught my fancy Big Buick was impossible to properly photograph A selection of shiney tat mmmm w123, in brown This Mercury Monteray(sp) is always nice to see. I love the breezaway rear window Yeah, yeah, 1978 rang, they said want thier Pop back Beasty Nice old Dub we all comented on this mk4 van, wonder whats it running more dubbage, tidy though Pity about the wheels (and the extra badges...) this can't be a standard colour whats this thing (lol) Tidy old rod I love this Oxford. I even got a little drive Cor, thats nice. Sounded lovely as it left too HIRST CABS EXECTUTIVE. (50p surcharge for any discharge) Odd shot of some MGs 100e and another, but not all is as it seems... Pointy Cortina I loved this, he started it from the inside with a pullcord Extremely well turned out escorts I'm really begining to feel DS's How peev'd does the passanger look? Nice car though. I loved this Hillman Mmm B-body Beiger than you Those wheels make the car I can't believe I took 70pics and I missed loads of stuff being too busy talking and having a laugh. Superb way to spend an evening

Round late 60's resurrected as a fun road vehicle and designated type 181,previously being a military vehicle. known as the a "thing" in the US a "trecker" here in the UK and a "safari" in Mexico
