About 3 days to get the old ones off if you have never done it before.

About an hour to replace both sides if you are well practiced and not rushing.

If the bits that go through the bottom of the strut have a split pin and you really can't get the pin out just undo the nut. The pin will shear off.

If you can't get that bit out after the nut is off lever tca down with a long bar against the crossmember and smack the bit on the strut it goes through with a hammer. Don't be shy, but don't miss.

A ratchet strap across the antiroll bar lets you get the inner boltholes lined up. I wouldn't even attempt it without one.

As a last resort you can use a doubled piece of rope instead and use a bar to twist it tighter. Lock it off by wedging the bar under the crossmember or sump.

If you find the nuts for the strut end of the tca won't tighten because it is turning inside the strut put a jack underneath it to hold it in tight.

Use axle stands!!!
