ATTENTION ALL PEOPLE ON THE RETRO SHOW CLUB STAND

I have just received this from Santa Pod.

 

Our club stand is number 9 ... please read the following information carefully please >>>

 

 

Hiya Everyone,

 

Hope you've got everything ready for the show this weekend.

It's been very blustery up here the last few days so those of you thinking of bring a gazebo, might want to have plenty to weigh them down with! Santa Pod has it's own weather system don't you know.

 

Please find attached the club map so you know where you are heading as you arrive.

Please can you let your members know to have their passes on display as they enter the site so the marshalls can direct them better. If you let them know the club pitch number then this should ease things along.

 

Clubs attending on Sunday only can gain access at 7am which gives you a full hour to set up before the gates open to the general public. Organiser's, it is up to you to pass all this information on as obviously I only have you to contact.

 

In the event that this weekend is affected by bad weather, you MUST let people know that they HAVE TO HOLD ON TO THEIR TICKETS to claim any rain out value. All details will be posted on the website after the weekend, but if people have thrown their tickets away, there is nothing we can do. You have been warned!

 

So enjoy the show and get into the true Retro Spirit!!!

We did put up a clear note that you needed to send in your address if you wanted a FREE stand pass

 

If you did send in your name (I know that at least 2 of the passes did not get delivered by lovely Royal Mail ) then your name would have been on the list of passes that were sent out (on the same thread) and you should have let us know you didn't receive it

 

Sorry but we can't do everything for people ... you have to keep watching the posts on the forum for us to be able to help you
