Why not use a gas turbine though, it will run on almost anything

you mean like they did on top gear? i dont think you could mate as it'd technically be a hybrid and you still have to pay tax on the fuel in them don't you?

never saw that top gear....looks like someone else is looking for cheap motoring!!

phil, a mate of mine put a helicopter gas turbine in one of his cars, caused havoc with the gearing, he had to make a transfer box with a 14 to 1 ratio, then used a bus gearbox, it wasn't that economical!!

the chassis suffered too!!
