clutchitupson Posted August 29, 2010 Report Posted August 29, 2010 does anyone no the car and who built it???? its a bit over priced in my opinion http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/sales/1998016.htm
Pipster007 Posted August 29, 2010 Report Posted August 29, 2010 No idea on who built it, but I'd say it's about the asking price for one in this day and age.
4DOOR-SHERWOOD Posted August 29, 2010 Report Posted August 29, 2010 i think i have seen it forsale before, looks a nice car and seems to have all the bits ie turreted, 4 linked with atlas etc. Prob about right money id say! But thats just my opinion!
rallyesport04 Posted August 30, 2010 Report Posted August 30, 2010 if it were mine i would want that sort of money for it its not a cheap an easy convertion to make it as tidy as that
PIG Posted August 30, 2010 Report Posted August 30, 2010 seems on the money, lot cheaper than mine lol.is it fook an original flat front tho pmsl ford never did a flatfront rs 2000.looks right tidy tho to fair to the fella
marky4 Posted August 30, 2010 Report Posted August 30, 2010 looks avery nice car for the money would have cost alot more than that to build
clutchitupson Posted September 3, 2010 Author Report Posted September 3, 2010 popped down and had a look at the car today, not to bad looks like its been built ok a few corners have been cut needs tidying in places, he hasd no paper work for the car only v5, so no idea whos built the engine and to what spec, it hasnt been taxed since aug/08 , so it would be a gamble i think, if it was a lot cheaper i think someone would buy it, while i was there a few other people turned up and had the same views on the car, shame would have liked it but you just get a gut feeling about things,
emu Posted September 3, 2010 Report Posted September 3, 2010 Looks like a nice car, but on a 16k motor I wouldnt be wanting to get gut feelings about it either. One thing though, is it just me, or do the arches not look quite 'right'??
