petrolhead Posted August 31, 2010 Report Posted August 31, 2010 Good stuff Steve, you were chucking it around really well. The car goes really well too. Is that a warmed up 1300? I'll see you on the 17th!
steve mk2 Posted August 31, 2010 Author Report Posted August 31, 2010 It's got a caterham super 7 Xflow on 40s. Only reason I kept the stickers on it is coz it's genuine lol I was having trouble with my rear axle it kept bouncing lol I had a LSD in standard rear suspension getting my tramp bars welded on this weekend ready for next month!!!!
Tom Posted September 4, 2010 Report Posted September 4, 2010 nice vids, even if you did video it from the tv looks like the tyres were rolling over causing the bounce mate, did you up the pressures. I'm gonna nail mine on the 17th and i'll bring my AA card for the journey home
steve mk2 Posted September 6, 2010 Author Report Posted September 6, 2010 nice vids, even if you did video it from the tv looks like the tyres were rolling over causing the bounce mate, did you up the pressures. I'm gonna nail mine on the 17th and i'll bring my AA card for the journey home They wer very very budget tyres which unfortunately caused alot of hassle on the day they the Walls seemed to roll over no mater wat pressure I put them at at one point they wer at 56 psi a still rolling over the axle didn't help either it's getting sorted next week , and those tyres are going in the bin! Might burn em out first tho
