cortinabeena Posted September 10, 2010 Report Posted September 10, 2010 hi guys my names matt, im 23 and im hopefully getting my first cortina at the end of the month im curently driving a shed of a vectra that i have modified and im now looking to get a clasic car to keep standered but already im temped to do some things but im not going to as the one im getting is as follows, 1.6 l mk 5 30,000 and has all origanal ford factory parts. im over the moon at my little find and hope to be on the site for a long time to come will be posting pics and another thread when i get back from vuing it tomorrow morning i have got to go on a 3 hour trip to see it , any way hope to speak to you all soon mattyg

cortinabeena Posted September 10, 2010 Author Report Posted September 10, 2010 yes thats right im from farnborough in hampshire is there a part on this site where people from say south central, noth east, south east have there own little section to arange mini meet ups? only reason i ask is because at my place of work near blackbusche sunday market my uncle normaly aranges a meet every other month for vauxhall vectra owners and i was thinking of maybe doing somethimg like that for u guys? what do you think?

cortinabeena Posted September 10, 2010 Author Report Posted September 10, 2010 will be some put up tomorrow after i have been to see it and hope i can secure it with a £50 deposit lol will try and come to the royal meet as he just said it can go on till about 10 ans as i finish work at 8 i should be there. whats your thoughts on a mini meet as above?

Well lets just say it is a little gem no rust at all and no body work done either. Its as soilid as it was when it rolled off production and an original 30,000 miles i realy cant belive it all for 900 pound bargin only one down fall its service history has been split i will have all mots for it but the old boy who had it had a falling out with his son and he has got all service recipts so im now on a mission to try and find the old boy and talk to him to get hold of his son and just hope he still has it all. Im still unsure on how to up load pics to the site but will try tho
