Essays !!

Its been a year or 2 since i was at school...so having to do an essay for the first time has been a bloody nightmare

 

I have just spent all afternoon completing one only to find out i have to do 3-4 more before xmas

 

Any good tips guys and girls as i am now studying for another 3 years (thought it was a good idea at the time )

I am studying to be a psychotherapist (counsellor)

 

I have completed one course already but thought i would be clever by signing up to the degree and then onto the diploma .

 

In my last course it was coursework only whereas in this one there is loads of assignments and im struggling a bit with the concept of it all

 

Was hoping that someone might be able to give me pointers

as a professional slack-arse, i can tell you that avoiding getting behind with essays and assignments should be your top priority! its like trying to run up the 'travelator' on gladiators if you get behind!

I've had to do quite a few lately, try doing a mind map before you start, it helps you to remember everything you need about the subject as your writing your essay. It also shows your research of the subject
