auldy Posted October 30, 2010 Report Posted October 30, 2010 Im going to run quite a simple rear suspension setup on the mk1 but would like to ask a couple questions before i go out and buy the parts. My mk1 will have round rear turrents and im going to fit tramp bars, its a '68 mk1. Do i go for straight or angled tramp bars? someone told me that if you fit the angled ones thay can also keep the axle from moovin side to side? is this correct? Im not going to be fitting a panard rod kit,as iv heasrd stories about ripping the boot floor and dont like how they look. Will the tramp bars alone be ok for a fast road car? thanks in advance, auld
Synergy Posted October 30, 2010 Report Posted October 30, 2010 If you don't fancy a panard or watts set up a Milton A Frame I think would be a better sution than anti tramps only. http://www.dalek.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/1 ... Milton.pdf
