[Durham Fiesta]

I'm looking to get a st150 as a daily driver as i fancy something a bit newer and more reliable . Anyone had any experiences of them ?

My mums got one and she loves it. I find the seats abit uncomfy and the clutch isn't nice, they go well though

i've read a few things about the clutch having a strange feel to it . People have sent their cars for a new clutch due to high biting point , but its stayed the same even with the new clutch fitted . Reckon its summat to do with them having a hydraulic clutch hopefully will get to test drive one this weekend as i've only driven base model mk6's before

mansdfield classic ford off here used to have one (well was more his other halves daily) but that was a nippy little motor, although i dont think he ever got used to the clutch- fiesta STall

every mk1/mk2 fez i had allways lifted the rear wheel of the ground when approaching rounderbouts/corners

the torque steer in the one i drove was horendous but not saying they are all like that but this one was

there not bad as a daily driver but found it to be quite juicy on fuel, early ones have that stupid digital fuel gauge that makes it seem worse.

 

but my mates £1000 150k abused mk5 RS2k with decat pissed all over it and flames on every gear change thats progression for you
