Olie Posted June 26, 2011 Report Posted June 26, 2011 hello. about time i finally joined ive been driving fords around with the OLD-SKOOL-FORD sun strip on the windscreen but never been a member duuuhh. if any of you are on the capri power / essex classics forum you will know me from there. heres a few pics and some info about me. im olie, 21 and from west sussex. im currently running a garage doing general repairs and light resto work. ive own my fair share of fords. heres some pics the 2.0 capri i should never of sold my mk1 i just sold my concurs s1 sadly i had to sell it. one of my 2.8's that i swapped for a 2004 3 series ac schnitzer ( now a write off ) random picture of the driveway most of the time round-abouts can be dangerous in the wet ( i actually didnt crash it) the driver was fine. sadly the car was not but i did break it to rebuild a 3.0's replica and the engine is living in my friends 2.8 which is being turbod in storage since 1990 14000 miles £150.00 restored this one and sold it another 2.8 running carbs. drove this home from chichester without an exhaust manifold.... police pulled me and gave me a noise violation ticket thing... nice 1600 ls that i converted to a 2.0 5 speed now lives in wales my last 2.8 that i just sold to someone who was going to restore it... turns out he wanted to turn a profit and its been on gumtree for over a month.. idiot 2.8.... write off the other side had an argument with a crash barrier. i watched the chap crash it then decided to buy it off him there and then the current engine in my mk3 laser capri (2.1 modified to the hilt!!) my old escort and my current capri sneak peak at me and dads mexico my current 3.0s capri which ive just restored anyway thanks for looking. im also trying to find a mk2 escort 2 door. willing to do a swap for my mk3 2.1 capri and £2000.00 your way. any leads let me know. thanks olie
