Just seen in Motorsport news that Steve Bannister's XE'd Mk2 rally car is for sale? Please some one tell me he is not packing in?

he has been the highlight of the Roger Albert Clark rally for the last 3 years

£33k is a bargin for that car i think just need some1 as good as banner in hte driver seat and that goin 2 b a hard 1 to fill

Thanks did get the photos of old car if you come across anymore would like to see them.

No am not packing up just yet! if I sell the car I am going get a duratec engine in my new shell that Kev and Roy are on with if not just stay as I am and leave new shell for time being - just see how it goes one way or other hope to be rallying!!

Looks like he has had it quite a while then? i remember it being featured in classic ford a few years ago after Ralloy had re-built it, and i thought he had just had it then but obviously not.
