slam the estate

alright guys just payed for another years insurance on the estate, i want to get her looking exactly how i want so i can bring her to some shows this year, first step is to fit the front struts, they are escort sport struts converted to coilovers,

 

only problem is i dont have any springs or breaks....

 

anyone got any that will fit, or recommend where i can get some cheap ?

 

also need rear shocks and lowering blocks, not sure what ones to go for, been looking at gaz....

any advice appreciated
