right folks i am looking for a oldskool ford and have £5k to play with it will be my daily ride, i was thinking about getting a tracker fitted as i dont have a garage, and i will also be looking into getting some other security, i would love a mk1 escort but for a £5k budget i know i dont have much of a hope as i need something on the road that i can use, so i am hoping mk2 escort or a nice mk1 or to cortina, any ideas tips or advice i would be sooo greatfull yours hopefully all the best paul

If its gonna be your daily ride,I would find a nice low mileage 1300 ,4 door

 

mk2 escort ,slam it,fit a nice set of 7" rims ,mexico front spoiler

 

and quarter bumpers and still have change I suspect.

 

You wanna try and keep it as sensible as you can for fuel economy

 

and insurance costs imho.

i would find a garage first so u got some where to keep it or your not have it long,i got to say it i would have second thoughts if i was u croydon with a osf left out on the road.
