MKMark Posted February 8, 2012 Report Posted February 8, 2012 Now christmas has been and gone I'm finally getting round to buying a Quaife LSD for my Anglia. Has anyone fitted one of these units themselves? Are they easy to do? Or would I be better sending my diff away and getting it fitted?
petrolhead Posted February 8, 2012 Report Posted February 8, 2012 I got Tom to help me, you need a DTi gauge to set the back lash but it is pretty straight forward to DIY. Just take your time and torque and loctite the bolts properly.
aden Posted February 8, 2012 Report Posted February 8, 2012 im guessing by quaife you mean an ATB type? if u do then i done mine well easy, just marked everything up, took the old diff part off the crown wheel, bolted up the ATB unit then put it all back together, never played up in 4 years lol
