transplant?

karen gunner reckons i need to have a chat with you boys about some engine work and advice. have a 1300gt crossflow at the moment wanted to change for a zetec but seems an expensive transplant so thinking may have to stick with a pinto. what do i do next? what are the basic costs to strip and rebuild? polish and port etc etc? im not on a small budget but i dont want to be throwing tons of cash at an engine
