Brakes

I am running willwood 4 pots on the front and a disc conversion with no servo.

The brakes are terrible I can push as hard as I can and it wont even lock the wheels.

I no with out a servo it's a hard pedal but this is a joke, any ideas what could be wrong.

use a smaller master cylinder or fit a standard or remote servo i had willwoods front an back on my last escort with 1 remote servo an it would lock up quite easily
