100e front seat belts factory fitting ?

Hi chaps,im going to look at an anglia 100e for my lad but was wondering if front seatbelts were fitted from factory in these things or do you have to get them retro fitted ?

 

Are the holes allready drilled from factory or not ?

 

I told my lad that if he wants a 100e then he's got to sell his xr2 ....He's only 9

They don't have any seat belts fitted from the factory

get some nice sets out of a convertible, BMW e36 or something, they have integeral seat belts in the seat
