Rookie Posted November 7, 2012 Report Posted November 7, 2012 On the ones with "four holes" ,where they join the outer wheel,some have a small cover (plastic/metal)and some don't,(just bare metal showing ), is there any reason for the covered ones or is it just for show. And can you buy the cover bits seperatly. Saw a pick from underneath of one with these on and it looked like they were just pressed on with pliers. Thanks for any help.
