shaun1.6ghia Posted February 4, 2013 Report Posted February 4, 2013 I have a project in the project an resto section an got stuck for ideas so thought I would ask in chat too So I'm trying to work out the rear seats while I have chance of welding any brackets on without setting fire to any new paint. When I got the car there was 5 bench seat parts and many holes in the shell where seats have been. The problem it what to use as its a estate I would love to be able to fold the rear seats to camp in at shows. I have no brackets to mount the seats ATM either so any info or ideas on brackets to fold the seats would be awesome! So here's the two bottom parts of the seat 1. Fits wider and the diff tunnel perfect 2. Not as wide and the brackets make it sit off the floor pan so looks a little untidy but looks like it was in there before as the holes line up with some already there this is it folded up So what do you think everyone? Mount the better fitting one and make the top removable or use the fold up one and make the back fold forward?
welshmike Posted February 4, 2013 Report Posted February 4, 2013 is there room for the back part to fold forward once the door cards and arm rests etc are in place?
