Look what I found!!

I am in Colorado USA at the moment on holiday. I went to my friends workplace to see the cars he had been working on. Stirling Moss's old Aston, a Ferrari , and old Jags etc. In the back part of the workshop something caught my eye. It' s a bloody rat black Anglia!!! My friend couldn't see the fascination with it. Here are some pics. I never thought I would see an Oldskoolford out here!!

I don't know!! It's a left hooker. Apparently my friends boss had bought it for his son to play around with and has sat there ever since. When I meet up with him again on Sunday I will get some info. I was just amazed by the fact that there was this Anglia sat there amongst Million dollar cars and more impressively in a part of America that I would never thought I would see one!!!

Perhaps it was a getaway car from a Blag in the 60's and has been laying low, waiting for the fuss to die down

I remember last time I was out in the US, there was a Mk1 Cortina Estate driving round, saw it a few days at the same sort of place

Then also there was a Mk1 Escort RS2000 for sale in the housing estate next to where we were staying Think it was on ebay, thats how we found it, really clean!


Again as you say, never expect to see them
