The June 2013 issue is out now, featuring the Fast And Furious 6 Mk1 Escort, plus five more fast and furious Fords!

The Hollywood blockbuster, Fast And Furious 6 is about to be released around the globe, and with a modified Mk1 Escort playing a pivotal role in the movie, we get the exclusive lowdown on why the car was used, what’s been done to it, and how it fares against a great big tank!

Inspired by the new movie, we also bring you five more fast and furious Fords — one of which likes popping wheelies! Plus, with the Classic Ford Show just around the corner (June 2), inside this issue you’ll also find your exclusive six-page event preview, and with the show celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2013, it’s shaping up to be a pretty special event.

All this plus pages and pages of tech, cars, parts and projects for sale and a whole lot more — in the June 2013 edition, out now.

The print edition is available from all good newsagents, supermarkets and petrol station forecourts. Also available direct from here (with free postage).

Digital editions are available for the iPad and iPhone, Kindle Fire, Nook, plus for PC and Android devices from Google Play and Zinio.

That is all. 8)

One thing always puzzles me about magazines, why am I reading the June edition in April?

S

The cover date is always one month ahead of the publication date, but in our case we also publish 13 issues a year, so it goes out of kilter until we publish our Summer edition in June, which sort of brings it all back into line.

Cheers,

I was pleased to see the buyers guide for the MKII Escort Ghia (thats what made me buy this months magazine), the Ghia often gets over looked compared to the 1300E in the classic car press.  Although unlike the 1300E the Ghia doesn't have its own club it does have its own register with The Sporting Escort Owners Club and has done for a very long time.  I wouldn't say the Ghia is cheap to buy however (only compared to RS cars).  A little known fact is that the MKII Escort Ghia was going to be called the E but Ford changed their mind just before production began and opted for the in vogue Ghia name.

Cheaper than a pack of fags or a gallon of fuel and lasts much longer too!

I read this months in 45 seconds.

Really? :-(

The editorial to advert ratio is no way near as bad as something like Top Gear magazine.
