Banding Steels

Gents,

 

Just a quick ask about banding some old cortina steels out to 7", is there any problem with this? If its been done before, has anybody got any photos?

There are plenty about and if the work id carried out by a competent person to a high standard then they are fine. Try a google search and I'm sure there are a few pictures. There are a couple of companies doing this work and there is a fella on Retro Rides I think who does them.

 

-edit- There's a bloke on Turbosport doing them as well. They look good
