fieldy1972 Posted August 6, 2013 Report Posted August 6, 2013 What are you doing buying a pasty at your age mate. Minute on the lips............lifetime on the hips, sweetly. Government gone mad. The House of Commons isn't full of Mp's but Dick Turpins. Robbing us blind at every god given opportunity
mk2 mike Posted August 6, 2013 Report Posted August 6, 2013 Tell her to heat it up and you'll eat it when it goes cold. You can split the difference. I think... 1

Kevin Mk2 Posted August 20, 2013 Report Posted August 20, 2013 I wonder if they pay VAT on Pasties at their subsidised canteen in parliament?
In The Pit Posted September 3, 2013 Report Posted September 3, 2013 It was all part of the disastrous George Osborne budget of 2012, (one of the most talked about budgets ever) as well as the 'pasty tax' there was the 'granny tax' and also although I don't think in the budget itself but was around the same time, the 'greenhouse tax' this budget (in particular the 'pasty tax') caused massive problems for the Conservative party as they were dubbed as being rich toffs out of touch with normal working people. Believe it or not the 'pasty tax even has it's own Wikipedia page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pasty_tax
