Fully restored and painted shell for sale, Capri Mk1, has had every panel you can think of replaced with genuine new Ford panels, have tried several times to move on and it never makes what it is worth, so I will try again.

Complete shell with all closing panels and it is rolling, but nothing else, the panels alone cost thousands, anyway, if anyone is interested, let me know, I just want to keep one Capri Mk1 and my Escort MK2 and my daily transport, getting too old to be doing this stuff.

Looking at £5.5k for the shell, it has over £13k chucked at it.

Also have a older MK1 Capri that may be of interest to be sold with it a 1968/9 model on a "G" plate, the shell is a late 1971 early 72 and is mint.

Wales located.

Hmmmm, not really, it is not a 10 min "fixer upper", and is too good to break !!??, so is a hard one really, non sun-roof, solid chassis, would need sills, front panel/wings and front floors welding, I have seen worse (for more money).

The idea was to re-shell with the mint one, but life changes as you get older, I have aged a bit so don't enjoy the spanner work anymore, I just want to polish them and drive them now and again, then go back into the house for my pipe and slippers (and a glass or 10 of port).

Fingers crossed I can get somewhere with this. !!!!!

Not to impressed with E-Bay, people never do what is put in the listing, the amount of times I have put an item on there and stated "NO OVERSEAS SALES", I will get 20+ messages with "How much to post to Australia", or "Do you post Overseas" etc-etc.

Fingers crossed for some interest.

NOW SOLD.
