Dickies Posted January 30, 2014 Report Posted January 30, 2014 I know this subject has been around the forums again and again with regards to the higher prices of escorts compared to other models of the same generation but prices dont seem to be stable in my eyes between the same models. People are asking crazy prices for a 2 door shell when the next advert i see is for a rust free 2 door 1.3 with T&T for only a little more. Is it me or is it a case of name your price? The reason im asking is that (im going to regret this) ill be selling my Pinto'd mk1 4door that i ran in one of the OSFDC rounds last year to pay for my racing but i have no idea what is worth!
dalmarshall Posted January 30, 2014 Report Posted January 30, 2014 I agree shell prices seem to be way OTT in comparison to complete cars. With regard to 4 doors though the dearest I think I've seen was just over 6k, in the 4's seems to be a rough guide for a decent one with a fruity lump in it IMO
