advice needed, escort repair

What are the bits circled in red called, can they be bought from anywhere

if not are there any cars with a similar size / shape that i can pop down the scrap yard and chop out?

 

mine are shit on the mk1 escort and need replacing

I'd call them upper footwels, but not sure of their proper name, or if they're available. The last one I did I had to make

What - you mean the bulbous looking bits in attached photo?

 

They are the inner wheel wells and they are part of the engine bulkhead pressing..............and no they aren't available separately that I can find!

yup thats what i need, i have an oil drum up the end of the garden which ill cut up and try to modify tomorrow

You should be able to get them out of a mk2 old 4 door scrapper they'll be the same.why dont you try escort tec.mk1 mk2 floors are the same.

Ye there part of inner arch and sort of a bubble shape,should be able to get them from GS ESCORTS
