Old Fords Available in NZ

Being an Escort nut I thought I'd chuck up a few pictures of SOME of the Escorts currently available here in NZ. The cars in these pics range from £2500 to £17,500. All are road legal here (but would probably need some work for the MOT). I have to stress that none of them are mine!

If anyone is seriously interested in any old Ford from New Zealand - Escorts, Cortina, Anglia, Pop, Prefect etc (and there are plenty about), drop me a PM and I can go take a look at it. I have a son-in-law who lives in the UK and can arrange shipping if necessary.

Do they have any 2 doors over there as they all seem to be 4 door models.I dont no anyone in the right frame of mind to pay £17.500 for a 4 door unless it was a gen mk1 mexico.

The 17.5k example is a fully prepped and competitive rally car. Most of the others are in the 5-7 range.

Yes, there are two-doors here (I own one!). I'll post a few up as and when they are advertised if you like.

I sold a lovely white mk2 four door to an Irish guy a couple of years ago i put blue zakspeed stickers on it and painted the engine bay blue.put a 2ltr pinto in it full roll cage and bucket seats.£3.500.bargain you seen it about over there?

Lot of the Irish lads buy them and forget to use them.

Will keep my eye out for it at the Mourne run or the Neal Eagan show
