Harsh Katana Tbh its no more than the loss of ones nearest and dearest. Have to return to work after 3 days till a week now ! Such an inhuman society we live in... I'm sure the lad over the last 16years has done and gone above and beyond his salary on numerous occasions but this shite of an enquiry after 3 sick days a year is bullshit. My better half was told she had a stomach ulcer in dec 2014 but died from pancreatic cancer march 2016 !unforeseen and she put her all into the job .... Anyway i agree on the part once rad burst the nxt damage was self inflicted and yes a slap on the wrist for saying he would be back but an enquiry is bull shit tbh in my opinion.. its not a prison but a work place !
