My New Daily

At last !

 

Picked up what will be my new daily driver the other night - a LHD 1975 mk2 2 door 1300. To say im excited is a massive understatement !!!

 

It's standard apart from a very well made but god awful interior and some weird 13" alloys on it. I've got a couple of pics and put them on photobucket but im not sure how to get them on here ???

 

Plans are to work through it as a driving project. Im not sure of exactly what I want it to be just yet but here are a few of my ideas: -

 

• Security devices
• Bilstein suspension
• Lowered 1" or 2"
• Tramp bars
• Panhard rod
• LSD
• Bigger / better brakes
• Type 9 5spd
• 1600 xflow on 40's
• Bias pedal box
• Move battery and tidy up engine bay ancillaries etc
• Low back black vinyl seats up front, re trimmed rear, dash top, pillar trims and black headlining
• Mexico front spoiler
• Quarter bumpers. Steel, fibreglass or carbon fibre ???
• RS boot spoiler
• Sport decal kit ???
• Possibly spotlights ???

If I remember right, photobucket has a menu which gives you the URL to copy/paste into your post. There's a few options though, Retards Club etc, so make sure you select the one compatible with forums etc.

 

As for the car, just go the whole hog and turn it into a Mexico replica, or stick some arches on it and have a rally replica!

Lots of guys would want to keep it unmolested, but I wouldn't be able to help myself!!!!!!!!
