kms Posted February 20, 2007 Report Posted February 20, 2007 I watched the DVD of this meeting yesterday and fooking hell . I hope Richard is ok after his op. When I watched him get knocked down I couldn't believe that he even got up - flew round like a rag doll. Unfortunately we know all too well about being injured at a track - it does happen - most of the time it's freak accidents like this one. Get well soon.
teamtom Posted February 21, 2007 Report Posted February 21, 2007 yeah i beleive the worthing driver had to be operated on immediately as soon as he got to hospital. The reason My Lossy went through the fence is becuase when sonny sherwood 348 got followed into the post by one of the dodge brothers, it snapped the bottom wire. They should have red flagged it. Then lossy went in and under the next wire. Just shows you how much the bottom wire is relied on. Cheers, Tom
