mk2 dan Posted May 5, 2014 Report Posted May 5, 2014 I'm trying to fit a new 3 piece clutch kit, and the bearing in the gear box housing is causing a problem. It's a standard Escort Mk2 gearbox, but to release the arm to get the bearing out I've been told to pull/twist the metal circle bolt that connects the arm?? But it's solid I've greased and sprayed up and nothing??? I'm clearly missing a trick???? Any help would be greatly received!!!
banarama Posted May 5, 2014 Report Posted May 5, 2014 no mate that pin don't move, the arm slots on that, the bearing either twist one way or just pushed on 1
