The 175/50's are fun in the wet

I run A539s and they are great in the wet as for the profile you pick that is up to your personal choice I got a set of A048s on order and they will be crap in the wet so will use them on track and the A539s for the road.

I used to have A008Rs on a mini back in the day, they were shocking in the wet but superb when it was dry.

I have this dilemma with tyres, the car will have Dunlop advertising decals, so anything other than Dunlop tyres seems 'wrong'.

Think you first have to decide if you want to go the 17/50 route or the 185/60. i like the look of mine on 175/55's but did find knocked the gearing out for cruising on the motorway and having a 4speed dont help.
