A long shot.....

Bear with me as I've no idea what they're called but I desperately need two of the little black inserts/surrounds that fit into the top of the mk2 escort GL / RS Door cards. <br /><br />I mean the bits that go around the black pull bits you open or lock the door with. Not the square lever on the inside but the long cylindrical bit on the top edge of the door. <br /><br />I can't find any pics of the bits I mean and I know its a long shot but hoping someone has some? I sold some door cards and these bits have gone missing in the post! <br /><br />So, clear as mud but can anyone help?

I have some for a Cortina if you find out that they are the same? Think they are rubber though.

Dave thanks but I don't know if they're the same as Escort and the last thing I wanna do is send out the wrong ones as I think he's only got the hump a bit already! <br /><br />Thanks vince. Fingers crossed.

Not on me at present Mike but can sort a pic tomorrow evening if you need. The ones I have are rubber and come from the wood cappings on a ghia interior of a mk5 Tina. Might be same but someone on here should know?

Thanks mate. The guy has sent me another message about them. I've a horrible feeling he's gonna complain to PayPal and they'll just refund him the complete cost of the door cards (£80) for the sake of a couple of cheap plastic bits and leave me out of pocket.
